Welcome to the British Columbia Expropriation Association home page

The British Columbia Expropriation Association (the "BCEA") is a non-profit voluntary association of professionals who are engaged in the field of expropriation. The membership is comprised of lawyers, real estate appraisers, property negotiators, planners, business valuators and others. The BCEA hosts frequent dinner meetings and an annual two-day Fall Seminar.
